The Waratah and the Thylacine

The Waratah and the Thylacine is a group of prints combining two iconic images (or elements of them): the extinct thylacine, and the endangered (in the wild) waratah. This series began during the bushfires of 2020, when it seemed that much of Australia’s eastern seaboard was on fire, including those small regions in which waratahs are endemic.
